Raj is a founding Director of Elixir Developments. With over 35 years of experience as a senior director and leader within the housing association, local authority and private sectors. Raj has extensive broad management expertise in regeneration, development, customer services, asset management, marketing and sales, community investment, homeownership and change management.
Raj has held several executive and non-executive roles in the private and public sectors.

Laurie Soden
Director
Laurie has over 50 years of experience in both the commercial & residential sectors of the real estate industry. Alongside his role at Elixir Laurie formed and runs his own development & consultancy business specialising in both commercial & residential projects. He was, for over 15 years, a board member of a housing association & Chair of its Development Committee. From a standing start the leadership team delivered over 1000 new homes in the space of 10 years in the Central London area.
